People in public company records
We process information published by Companies House and other official public sources. This can include names, company roles, appointment and cessation dates, partial dates of birth, nationality, occupation, service-address information, and the nature of company ownership or control. We may connect records that appear to relate to the same person or company and retain the evidence used to make that connection.
We do not obtain private residential addresses or full dates of birth from the public Companies House register for publication on Clarengate.

We do not sell personal information. Clarengate signals support human review; they are not intended to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about an individual without meaningful human involvement.
Where information comes from
Information comes directly from you, from ordinary operation of the website, and from official public sources including Companies House. Where we show source-derived facts, we aim to preserve a route back to the relevant public record.
Cookies and similar technologies
Cookiebot records your consent choices and prevents non-essential technologies from loading before consent where required. Our cookie policy explains the categories in use, displays the current Cookiebot scan, and lets you change or withdraw consent at any time.
Who we share information with
We use service providers to host and operate the website, manage consent, provide email, and protect our systems. These currently include Render for hosting and Cookiebot, operated by Usercentrics, for consent management. Google supplies the web fonts used on this site. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect legal rights, or in connection with a business reorganisation.
We require service providers to handle personal information only for authorised purposes.
International transfers
Some service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where UK data protection law requires it, we use an adequacy regulation or appropriate contractual safeguards. You can ask us for more information about the safeguards relevant to your information.
How long we keep information

Business correspondence is reviewed when the enquiry or relationship ends. Technical logs follow the retention settings of our hosting and security providers.
